Will I be able to remove my entire 67 Gp front bumper with grilles, headlamp door asemblies and misc without affecting the fenders and upper facia? Is it only tied on by the frame brackets, wiring and vacumme hose? I'd like to get behind it to do a cleanup, fit a trans cooler...and tighten the die cast upper facia corners. They're loose and rattling like mad over bumps, and it 's almost impossible to tighten them properly from underhood. Any thoughts on this?
I could have PM'd this, but it might be of interest to others.
Cheers, Mark

Yes, if you have the valance off, the entire setup slides right out with just taking out the bracket bolts, light wires, and vacuum hose. It is well worth the effort imo, it gives you great access to everything, and cleans up well! (You might get a shim or two fall out, it might help to mark the location before you clean it off)
Thanks Guys, thats exactly what I wanted to see and hear! I really need to get in and tighten those upper corners. Also the headlight doors are bouncing with a rattle and crash whenever I hit a bump. I think one or both of them have lost their bumpers. All of this is related to having lower profile tires, heavy springs and tighter shocks. It'll be nice to give the assembly some TLC. Cheers, Mark
