This is very cool. I think it would be very rare. Well priced! He's got some nice stuff in his garage.

Hmmm, so if a guy paid say $50000 for a house and sold it the next day for $100000 that's a flip ? Because he cashed out the profit ?
Or the same guy doesn't cash out because he likes it but chalks his equity up $50000 because that is his net gain
Or he finds out its not such a great deal has issues that will cost more than value so sells it the next day for $40000 at a loss to another unsuspecting purchaser
Or he sells it 30 years later and chalks his" profit" up to inflation
If you buy something for a fair price from a willing seller and turn around and sell it the next day for a larger fair price to a willing buyer i don't see what is actually wrong with that, (not that I've ever been astute enough to do that.)
"So when you spot violence, or bigotry, or intolerance or fear or just garden-variety hatred or ignorance, just look it in the eye and think... The good outnumber you, and we always will." Patton Oswalt
Wow that guy is a piece of work, sad when you make the deal and he sends that back, lots of idiot sellers out there. On the flip side selling isnt fun either when you get reponses to adds with half the asking price. How do you respond to some of these individuals? especially when they are local guys you may run into later. Small world and i guess my patience runs thin with this stuff.
what happened to darryls posts? im missing a part of this story....?????
I've chilled out Tim ... I was initially PO'd, and felt I wasn't getting anywhere with my rant anyway.
I have a lot more integrity, honour, and principles when it comes to buying/selling stuff than some people I guess.
Anyway, the deal fell through ... onto the next purchase.
