67 Lamans whats it worth

A buddy has a 67 Lamans he is putting up for sale. I have never seen the car just a couple pics. It has a newer stock 350 crate eng and 350 thans. The car was a 6 cyl sprint new. He is thinking of asking $3500 for it what do you guys think? Here is a pic he said he will send me better ones later.

should be an easy sell-affordable entry level 60's hardtop-that said it is smart to price "right" sometimes if it were just $500 more it might not attract the "right" buyer and not sell at all

I'd be very interested In it, I have all the pieces to clone it, and then some. Been collecting 67 lemans / gto parts and cars over the last 16 years. If you get more pics , I'd appreciate some pics of the 1/4's and underneath. Thanks...

 He says car is very solid just who ever put the louvers on the side didn't do a very good jod. When I get pics I will let you guys know.

LeMans Sprints are actually in high demand now. A restored Sprint can sell in the $25 - $30,000 range. The engine would likely be difficult to obtain but otherwise it looks like a solid car.

Being a Sprint car with the overhead cam 6 cylinder it would be worth more with the 6 in it..than a cloned out GTO. I know a guy in town with 3 engines.. I would bring it back as a Sprint..

hey..hey..hey..  LOL .. that is ONE quick sale ! I must say ..

I actually had the wife prepared for a road trip to Winnipeg,  and was figuring on delivering Carl's seat ..

and for me....on the bright side, I was at the farm and looked over my other parts car for the 67 GTO project.  It is a real solid donor. 

 

now this 67 Lemans of your friends selling.. that actually helps my AADD stay in check..

can't have em all !!!
