1961 Pontiac Bonneville ( US Model) bubbletop sport coupe. One owner for 47 of its 51 years.106,000 orig. Miles . Undercoated in 1961, no rust . Always garaged .Originally from Baltimore Maryland . Imported into B.C. in 2008 . One repaint in 1993 . 1961 Dealer installed under dash air cond.  A very rare model . In 2010-2011 was refreshed with- new w/w tires, mufflers, brakes, carb, new carpets. The orig. Interior is like new.The orig 389 cu in , 303 HP, 4 barrel carb with  four speed super hydramatic  transmission performs magnificently . Fully equipped. Won First place  1960s stock at 2011 Oceanside Overdrive Car Show .A definite show stopper, Women love it and Men Covet it. Have orig bill of sale and full Pontiac documentation. NADA value of $48,695, Insured with ICBC for $40,000. In January 2012  Barrett-Jackson sold at Auction two similar bubbletops for $49,500 and $74,800  therefore my  price provides excellent value and a great investment opportunity. When I was a kid my Dad had a 61 Strato Chief 2dr. sedan (post car) same colour as that car. We had a place on Georgian Bay, Woodland Beach, and there was a family that would rent a cottage every year from Michigan and you guessed it they had a Bonneville nearly idenical to the car pictured. Even as a boy I knew it was a special car and I was captivated by the taillights because our Canadian car didn't have those. I fell in love with the Bonneville in the summer of 1961 and made my mind up to own one one day when I was rich enough. I factory ordered a 1992 Bonneville some 31 years later, maybe not the same as the 61 but I did in fact realize my dream and owned a brand new Bonneville.
