There are 2 bolts that bolt the hinge to the fender.
Adjust the front one all the way up, adjust the rear one all the way down. Loosen the bolts and have a second person raise the hood up as high as it will go, it will push the hinge to this position then thighten the bolts
If this still is not enough adjustment.
Where the hood bolts to the hinge, the forward bolt, shim under the hood with a washer. sounds wierd, but trust me, shimming the front bolt will bring the back of the hood down
Its possible that your hinges are siezed up a bit from sitting too, you may have to lube them really good adn work the hood up and down a bunch to get full travel.

hey guys im having a horrible time getting my hood fixed.... getting it in ot place is not a problem it's just the back end near the wind shield is sticking up like a 1/2 an inch over the fender.... could it be caused by the old hood springs orthe radiator support not being high enough??????
