Also I find it interesting that the panel doesn't have the self etching primer on it already....

they are satincoated panels, ive had a 4x8 sheet of satincoat body metal sitting for about 4 years and it doesn't rust.

those are hand formed panels. Can require a lot of massaging. Wheel well opens usually are not correct. Panels were ment for rust repair; not restoration
