Hi Daniel

Lots of little stuff inside the car, like electrical switches etc may be the same but as stated, not much. Nothing on the chassis at all interchanges and even though the sheet metal may look the same in most cases it's not because of the way it attaches. Maybe some front end trim, I'm not sure.

basically you need 3 parts books to check part #'s:

1. A book covering Canadian Pontiacs (Parisienne, Laurentian, Strato-Chief),

2. A book covering US Pontiacs (Bonneville, Catalina, Executive),

3. A book covering Chevrolet (Impala, Bel-Air, Biscayne).

Presuming your car is a full-size car, I've listed the applicable autos.

 I don't have my resources handy at the moment to check but as far as I've seen the tail lights on the full size Pontiacs interchange between Canadian and USA models.
