Door window

I just replaced the passenger side window regulator in the door, but when i put everything back together the window just pulls right out of the channel it sits in! Were the windows siliconed in or fitted in the channel some other way. I know there was a little what looked to be electricians tape on the bottom of window, so i replaced that, but I cant understand how to keep the window from just being pulled out! Any ideas??

Thanks

The stuff you need is called channel pack and you can probably get it at any place that installs windshields. If your unable to find channel pack you can use urathane but make sure it sets up before you install the window. Be sure that both the glass and the channel are clean, no electical tape. Hope this helps.
