Ray has that right, they are a 14x7 magnum style rim. They were on 69-70 chevelle ss, 69-70 nova ss, and 69 camaro ss. They also used them on 69- 70 olds as well but instead of silver painted highlites, it was a bright brushed steel finish. d.
.........if you seen these on a Mopar muscle car the center cap said Magnum 500 . As stated up top GM chevelle etc used them with the trim ring and the same center cap just had SS on it instead of the magnum 500. I have a set of 14x6 on my 68 wagon that came off a Olds and they are all chrome with the black painted center, I just stuck on the SS decals . Nice wheels. 3 bar spinner was available too. If you are buying them make sure they fit GM and not a mopar
Not only Mopar but Ford and AMC had them as well! And as far as olds using them in 67 and 68, yes but yhey were a 14x6. d.
All are solid points posted previously. One more thing I can add. I'll bet they were probably manufactured for the "Big 4" by the OEM vendor Motor Wheel Corporation, a company like Kelsey-Hays. As was stated, they were available generically as Magnum 500. As I recall they were pretty reasonably priced compared to aftermarket mags.

Motor Wheel Corp. marketed there own line as well, sold at SEARS and such at the time.
There line had a red center with the MW looking like a cross flag..ALSO there aftermarket line was ALL BRIGHT CHROME , even the faces of the spokes.
For the most part , the olds are all chrome , but the raised spoke area is SATIN,, I think 64 / 65 olds was all bright and chrome rim , later OLDS used a trim ring with satin spokes....
I have a full set of the all bright chrome 14 x 6

I was thinking of switching to these style of wheels but I'm not too sure how it will look in contrast with the dark blue. If I do it I would need an alternative to the SS cap.

I like how they look on these Chevelles:
