cant tell if it would fit better , it the same size i figure i also wonder if the hooks on the floor of my Beaumont will go with the nova seat ??????

thats what i have , and ditched the original rear seat in 85 , yes in 85 ,
i guess we had a different way of seeing things back then , at least concerning the idea of keeping a car original!!
anyways that what i had replaced it with , a 66 nova seat , one of my buddys sold me back then for 10.00 , all nicely covered in black vinyl.
so my question is , can a upulsetry ( cant spell it right ) i am french by the way, make it look ok by placing some foam on the side ( 4 inche gap )
so the seat and back rest would look ok with the new covers once in place
