Those are beautiful and bring back memories. I had a $40.00 set on my '68 442 'vert in 1982. I miss that car. Good luck with the sale. These are one of the nicest looking, cleanest designed wire hubcaps ever made in my opinion.

The center medallion sits on what I'd call a pedestal. 

Question:  Is the pedestal height the same on all 4 hubcaps, or do a couple of them have a taller pedestal, making the center medallion sit taller?    

If so, does anyone know why some have a taller pedestal?   I thought maybe it's to cover the front wheel dust cap.
