Got scam all over it. No plate, no full description,no number,priced too low. If he replies put his email in SPAM folder or you will be getting junk mail like crazy. If replying, Id ask for a legit phone number(local) and tell him youll call him after your shift at Police Department,Thatll square things off in a hurry.
