I like your thinking.. that is why I built the 40 x  30 in the middle......a lean too off each side...yup !! now we're cooking with gas !

Sorry about that i thought it was an Sd 63 sorry my mistake should of noticed long side trim.

well, had some time to put towards the old 63 , horse traded for a fresh 327 , did lots of fixing , used up a pile of parts from the shelf .. 

out with the old 350 , sad .. it was Well built but the water jacket is cracked . 

Rebuilt the carbs , test fired the 327 on the break in stand . 

Upgraded to a dual master , since I had to replumb  the hardlines for the rears .

she has a 55 Chevy diff, at least I think ? 60" wide with 4.88 posi . 

 

Point was not to restore the car , just make it road worthy again , have some fun !

Too cool old school!!!! Don't change a thing!! Nice job Rog! In my opinion...you did just enough..to bring her forward but at the same time take her back. Remember seeing her at your dads place and then again at yours...just thought it was such a cool piece of history..the old days.
