Are you asking besides it being a Chevy chassis?

Vince AKA 67 poncho is probably the expert here but from what I know other than a few trim bits and pieces, maybe the radio that sort of thing it is a totally different car.  All the running gear, frame etc is chevy.

For some of the reasons why this recent article is a good start:

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/02/automobiles/collectibles/canadian-cousins-with-fleur-de-lis-and-mixed-genes.html?_r=1

It is truly a Canadian only model (which were exported as well) and production figures are really quite low as well (like 2500 for the 2 door hardtop) so if you have one treasure it!

Because of the Chevy running gear its really easy to keep them running but body, interior and trim are a lot tougher to source as they will be Canadian only.

Pictures of your ride would be very welcome.

While they look similar, they are totally different.   Different front end sheet metal, different interior, different quarter panels, but same headlights and tail-lights.

Origional parts group will be a great source for a lot of small parts but body panels are Canada specific. I have a 1967 bonneville and its a much bigger car, about 2 feet more trunk space! Be happy you have a Parisienne, running gear and chassis parts are plentiful and easy to source.

Don't forget the Canadian Pontiac uses a Chevy frame and drivetrain.
