shes roughly 15 1/2 ft stem to stern. roof had an elastoplastic paint put on the roof 4 yrs ago. ie doesn't leak even in the roughest storms. propane does work (does not come with tanks). never tried the fridge with propane. does work on household electricity. never used the battery power, looks stripped out also holding tank also has been removed. perfect hunting camp if you plug it in or have a generator. sleeps 2 comfortably with the kitchen table dropped, top bunk will fold down for a 3rd. is plated past.
