Wierd. I did an edit to correct my spelling mistake, and it did a duplicate post. I'm curious to see if this edit will have the same result?...

Found this in my stash of keepers and tought I'd share. Feature is from Cars magazine December 1981. I remember buying the magazine because it was extremley rare to see a Canadian owned car let alone a Canadian made car.

Notice the incorrect seat skins in both cars. They do look alike.
Yep, except in the colour pics it's packing a 350, turbo, with nox (instead of the 427 in the magazine article):

Looks like the guy must have moved to the US in about 1981, 1/2 the pics have manitoba plates, but that sure is NOT manitoba in the background of any pics. Almost looks like California.
Interesting, Any manitoba guys remember the car?????

I was thinking the interior of BC. Merritt, kamloops etc...
Nice looking 67, I've never seen it but as you said Richard the writer is still around at local shows to shed light. Probably took the magazine shots and submitted it as a package. After blowing up the internet picture it is a late 70's early 80's manitoba plate (yellow/purple) different number from the MB plate in the magazine ads but both MB plates. Reminded me of a 67 that banged gears around Garden City in the early to mid eighties but not the car.
