front steering and suspension

Would like to renew or replace suspension and steering parts on my '57 Laurentain. Does anyone have recommendations for parts suppliers in Alberta, particularly around Edmonton? I know I can use '57 Chevy parts, but where can I get them?

I'm pretty sure the NAPA type stores have that stuff. Buy a good name, something quality like Moog. Don't be tempted by the cheap offshore junk, because that is exactly what it is, junk.

I understand that locally bought parts are preferred, but a complete kit from a mail-order source might be easier to get and overall no more expensive than chasing all the individual parts (plus, you get new hardware, nuts & bolts, cotter pins of corect size, etc.):

Its funny, sort of, with the MOOG parts. I have two boxes here in the garage with ball joints for my convertible. one box has a good looking quality part that fits the A arm, the other box has a cheaper looking part that wont fit without grinding some material away... same part numbers.
happened with my engine mounts too.. one box was made in mexico and the other in USA... same part numbers.. but the parts were shockingly different.

I don't even want to get started on engine mounts....

My Acadian mount nightmare taught me a lot about cheap crap out of China and India that barely resembles the original part.

All the front end parts (complete kit) I bought from Eckler's fit perfectly and looked great.

I bought a 7" touch screen Nav system from China, it quit after 3 months, no response from seller, it had a one year warranty, **** on me, I am out $250, sounds like it was a deal too good to be true, well that is right.
