That car is in super nice condition. I don't find it very attractive though, I was expecting to be blown away before I opened the thread, but alas, very disappointed.

All true. Looks like the Kraft caramel factory exploded all over it!

What a true survivor not the prettiest but neat, ditch the fog lights. I can see it with some classic Cragars and big rubber towing a early seventies racecar.
Had 3 of these as company cars. A 70, 72 and 73. All had 455 engines, loved the drop down tailgate feature. Mine were ordered white with tan interior and the Buick chrome wheels. Would put 50,000 miles at least a year on them with absolutely no problems. I agree the 73 was the ugly one, but they all ran like champs. The one on this post is a great car. Brian
Oil prices have been under 100-dollars a barrel for a while now -- but you'd never know it in Churchill, Manitoba.
A recent 34-cent hike has residents fuming about having to pay the highest price for gasoline in North America.
Prices at the only gas station in town topped out at $2.31 per litre this week, though it dropped to $2.17 yesterday.
Churchill's fuel supplier, OmniTRAX Canada, blames the retailer for hiking prices, but the gas station owner says he's only passing on what he paid for fuel.

I think White with the woodgrain is a good looking combination on these big Buicks, I don't think the orange is doing this 73 justice. The 75/76 was a good looking car once they went to rectangular headlamps.
1976 Buick Limited with a purring 455 engine. She's a 4 dr. hardtop. P\S, P\B, P\W, P\L, P\Seat, telescopic tilt steering, wire wheel hubcaps, outside thermometer on outside mirror, interior almost mint, exterior has no rust. Extra clean car. Has not been winter driven. Will trade for 60,s car of same value. Sorry no bikes, no ski doos, no boats just a 60,s car. Thank You. If interested you can e-mail me.

The Olds and Pontiac versions are more attractive than the Buick.

The 1973 Buicks were not bad looking cars, but that one has a few things I would like to see changed. First, the fog lights & mud flaps - Bye! Second, the paint colour is not the greatest. A friend's mother had a car like that but in light yellowish-beige that seemed to work (about the same as the Century Custom wagon in the picture below). Thirdly, swap those wheels for some chrome Buick wheels.
Being a survivor means it would not be wise to repaint the car unless it was in poor shape.
Here's a white 1975 Buick Estate wagon from the 1975 brochure:
The friend's mother that owned that beige '73 traded it in for a light blue 1980 Buick Estate, in turn traded for a nice new pale green metallic 1984 Pontiac Parisienne Safari with woodgrain & wire wheel covers. The car she owned prior to all the wagons was a dark blue 1967 Galaxie 500 convertible with a light blue top.

it would appear that neither of these cars has AC ? but are loaded otherwise ? Hav'nt owned a car since 68 without AC
Dale @NOS
It looks like the compressor on the wagon has been changed for a much new, smaller unit (1980+).
That 1976 Electra looks almost exactly like one that used to be on my current street about 24 years ago except for the wheel covers. The Electra came with Automatic Climate Control A/C as standard.
The price for that wagon is very optimistic. Maybe half that.
