This is a classic way we find cars in the big city. A glimpse of the stove element and other junk pretty much tells the tale here. That car is so deep all I'd be offering is to get it out from where it is. 1960 has to be my least favourite year, but the flattop makes it interesting to me. Two weekends ago I saw a similar type car pulled out of a similar situation in east end Toronto and it was a honey. Wrong time of the year to be saving a beast like this but I'll sleep on it.

It is located in the Islington & Finch area ... if it wasn't hidden from the public eye, it would be smashed up and graffittied. I used to live up around there when I went to Humber College.

Am I seeing a V8 emblem on the Rt. fender??? Owner didn't "splurge" on description either!!! Didn't have time to clean out around car or describe it??? Notice the axle stands holding the frt. up!!! No price either, so "likely' wants too much, BUT you never know. We;ve all heard the one about a add for Chevy for sale in barn & turned into a 60's VETTE in there????

You can't tell the condition by the pics, other than some peeling paint on the fender and hood. Given all the junk around it, it probably doesn't mean much to the seller... maybe an inherited car or ??? The fact that it's on jackstands might mean that at some time somebody was trying to store it "properly" (though my opinion might differ) by taking the weight off the suspension.
The ad says it could be used for parts, so the price probably isn't very high.
Could be a diamond in the "ruff"?? I'd say it's worth a look, they might just want it out of the driveway for pocket change...
I like the styling of the '60s, but admittedly it's not as interesting as the other years around it, the flattop aspect is way cool IMHO.
