Maybe it was one of those "come pick up your car because you can't store it here for free" type of moments?????? Solid looking car.

Found it over a year ago now,

its too much money, thats why its still there,  i think it was around 1500-2000 somewhere in there,  not a useable part on it.  I am amazed its still in one piece,  bad area to say the least

Beaumontguru is right. The car is really rough and no it's not a solid car at all and it's really beaten up and weathered. He has way too much into it and wants somewhere in the $1500-2000 dollar range which is far too much for that car. Try $500 and take whatever you can get. Someone doing a 59 or 60 Chevrolet Convertible would use the frame and a few parts and scrap it.

IMO, easily worth $1000-1200 if the hood, side glass & back end pieces covered by the tarp, is all there !  Gotta remember, alot/most of the parts interchange with a Chevy & I realize old cars seem to be real cheap in certain areas of Canada...

Anyone know how many were built ?

You would be surprised what you could get for some of those parts (top) (garnish mouldings) etc. I could use those moldings.

It would be tough to restore, but I think it's a great builder. Not one for putting back to factory original, but, a hot rodder could probably use it.

Steering wheel also looks to be in great shape.

hi

I posted the information on this car over 4 years ago - i haven't been back any where near that location since then

Are you from Winnipeg or Manitoba? - if so I can give you general directions to where it was located and you can go exploring around there - I don't remember there being a sign on the body shop it was parked by

It was at Intercity autobody or possibly Unicity autobody in winnipeg,  whichever one is just off main street in the core area.
