Plaza Pontiac Trunk emblem

Ray if  the emblem has the pins off it that will be fine just as long as they arn"t pitted or broken beyond repair. I just had some extra Acadian dog dishes with the capital "A" restored and painted  and they turned out like new.

Glenn, I have been looking at every swap meet I attend, it's a tough one to find in good shape.

When I buy a new car I actually write into the sale contract that no emblem is to be installed, rather placed in an envelope in the glove box. Most salesmen think I am nuts except the one who didn't watch and I made them take off the emblem before I took delivery of my Suburban. He was not amused and neither was I.

My Dad was, and I am the same way ... no dealer emblems/stickers/licence plate frames.

Ya my Dad was the same, he'd have a "bird' if dealer had installed one when he had it written NO dealer emblem!!  Seems the dealers don't listen anymore?? When I bought my "BURB" I asked that the unit get "CAR" plates on it,& was written on contract! Day I pick it up there it sits all nice & shiney Black, with "TRUCK" plates on it!!!!!I flipped & said if i wanted truck plates I would have had you put the ones off truck traded in??  DUH!!! They weren't happy having to go back to Lic. office & get it fixed before I paid for it.

That one is attached to a 37,xxx mile original 69 LeSabre.

However, I do know of a vendor who could possibly have one. I have fired off an email to him.
