Old Cars Report Price Guide

I've been to several newsstands looking for this magazine but haven't found it. Was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy it or if it's available as a subscription only online. Also, if any of you are subscribed to the magazine what's your opinion on it? I've never seen it other than the particular pages relevant to my car when I had it evaluated.

Looks like they sell an Annual Pricing Guide:

They also have subscriptions for their magazine, but I don't see/know of anywhere that you can get a single copy.  Maybe in a magazine store or a library in a large city?
