A call out to all our American members out there.

A call out to all our American members out there. There are a number of our American neighbours that belong to Canadian Poncho and it would be nice if they introduced themselves. Let us know who you are, where you are from and what car or cars you own. Cheers. George.

The great thing about this club is people sharing their knowledge with others that need help. I have learned a lot since i joined and i keep learning but also enjoy sharing information with the Poncho brotherhood. George.

Hi Rob and welcome.  This car should get things wound up if it is a original 427.

I have meant a number of our Canadian members since joining Canadian Poncho so this introduction may not be new to everyone.

I live in Saginaw, Michigan six months of the year and in Ft Myers, Florida the colder six months of the year.  After retiring from GM and Delphi Corp, I transported antique and classic cars for about 9 years. I enjoy driving my cars, so normally long term projects are not something I enjoy.

In the last 12-13 years, I recall owning a 62 Canadian Nova Convertible, 66 Canadian Nova SW and a 63 Acadian Sport Deluxe.  I once bought a 74 Valiant 2dr coupe on Vanc Island in BC but never took the time to check it's heritage.

Today I'm in Florida and since coming down in Oct. I bought a 72 Nova 2dr coupe with 53k actual miles, original 350 V-8, cold factory A/C, triple black with a new set of redline tires and poverty caps.  Also, I bought a 63 Nova Station Wagon, 350 V-8, custom interior and original A/C.  Eventually you will probably see these listed For Sale, it's what I do.
