Actually, as much as I love 8 lug wheels and as crazy as it sounds, I'd lose the 8 lugs on it if I built that car. It would be cooler with some kind of stock spinner wheel cover or something.

I couldn't "shop" those out with paint Carl, I really need a actual Photoshop program, but I agree, those wheels would absolutely have to go. I'd say line up the panels, paint the car Black or some kind of a champagne, fix the stance and add a set of these Intro wheels.

18's and 20's.

A stance like this,

If I could indulge myself, I'd build the Sg. I've thought about it alot. It'd make a wicked custom.

A question, are the outside mirrors correct?

Yes, they're the original "StratoMirrors" originally designed for this limited edition.

It would be a great project. With today's 3D printing technology, you could also have a cool set of Strato Grande emblems fabricated. Of course you'd have to create an "original" brochure for such a beast!

Anyone have a fairly clean 67 Strato post body for sale?

I'll start to gather the parts, if I can at least find a good body close to home.

Don't have one of those but I do have a parts 67 Grande two door that used to have a 327 TH400 and AC.  Body is shot but I am using some parts like windows, front seat,  headliner and some other bits and pieces none of which would interfere with this cool project.  Trim is mostly there as is front end and four wheel covers!

This could be  useful?

The only thing is, in my opinion this StratoGrande needs a bit a top chop to make it it truly evil looking...
