I made it home on a wing and a prayer! It was pouring rain and the wipers (and bias ply tires) were from 1977. The only fluid I forgot to check was the brake fluid. The brakes felt ok however after I got the car home I checked the brake fluid and the resevoir looked like sludge!
Needless to say everything brake related was replaced. I haven't heard anything from the new owner at all since she bought the car. Did anyone see it at any shows in 2012? I know the lady who bought it had some health problems. I hope she is ok.

Todd. I remember that too but didnt want to post about it knowing you went down 401 with no brakes. lol But since you brought it up.....

I am still shocked you sold it. Beautiful car. Ralleys really set it off. I remember calling Connie and recommending her about "DADHAD1" plates and voila, you got them. She is a great woman.

......can you call my wife and suggest plates for mine? LOL...j/k

That guy you got it from had so much money....remember the Nova with the big block he had? Offical member of more money than brains club.

Road trips like that were fun. Call me again for the next one.
