New here help me out

Am in the process of restoring a 1967 grand Parisienne convertible 2 plus 2.  Looking for all kinds of panels but need quarter panels in the worst way....anybody know where I can find them?

I presume you mean it's a Parisienne 2+2 convertible (not Grande Parisienne 2+2 convertible).    Quarter panels will be tough to find, you may end of having to fix what you've got.   The trunk lids are the same as a 4 door sedan and 68 Parisienne convertible if you need one.    A former member redid his car (he passed away last year) and while he was able to fine one NOS quarter panel, his body man ended up making the other side out of various pieces.

        Welcome to the site.....biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

I had a 67 Pontiac 2+2 in 1981 and there were no panels then   We had to build them from scratch

I would look at maybe Southern myself.

heres my story i'm doing a 70 2+2 rag and she was rotten. floors front to back but can use chev B body same template,

I figured since I can't get quarters I would make my own.biggrin

That being said, "fender skirt" guy at Barrie said my car

used the "same fender skirt as American Pontiacs"

I figured he was trying to sell me a set of skirts, so would tell me anything. but I added it to my list of maybe usefull knowledge.

Last year I got a set of aftermarket quarters for an 68-76 Catalina

I tried a mint set of "wheel well trim" I had on them and "they fit perfectly" on the patch panels.

I cut the patch panel beneath the body line and fit them in.

as of now i've done one side and I'm happy.biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

THANK YOU  !!!!!!!!

Gerry, Welcome to the list from Regina.

It's pretty straight forward to post images. When you post a reply click on the advanced. Below the dialogue box where you can post your reply is tab called "Attach Image(s)". Click on that and upload as in structed. Once you have uploaded you need to "insert" each image and you will get the full size pictures. It takes a few minutes to figure it out.

Good Luck and hope to see some pic's.

Yeah looking forward to it.  Sound like somebody must have customized it in the past.  i always loved the 67 Grande front end but never really like the rest of the lines front in 67.  To me they looked a lot like somebody really liked the back end of the 66 and decided to use the shape for the fornt end of the 67.  Maybe you should leave it like that.
