Part 2..
I never saw the orriginal tires, the 1st owner'd burned them off, when I bought it
there were four General 7.75x14 bias ply white wall tires on the steel wheels, the full hubcaps hang on the shop wall now.
And sorry, no chambered exhaust ever again, ever.

Picture 184.jpgMy son dropped by yesterday with his '56 Belair to give me a ride to pick

up the '69 from his shop where it spent the winter resting, forgot the camera at home, I'd wanted to do a Vernon

garage tour, all three of the vehicles, my 69, his 56 and his bride to be's 57 Ford pickup..maybe later.

Grabbed a quick and poor shot before putting it in it's own house, think the overcast sky made my flash go.

three things to be done up front, any guesses ?

Well, there they are..not the greatest shots, Saturday at Thunder Mountain Raceway, east of Kelowna.

New valve springs and seals, picked up about 2 10ths over last year in the 8th, and gee, how about the no need to top off the oil !

Gotta love that.

Replacement grill and crests on the way, lotta work yet,

Thanks guys, the grill and trunk crests arrived yesterday along with the drivers side grill and the side piece.
Thanks to Dave @ TINMAN, all in great shape, now I just have to fit the mounting into the rest of my schedule..
Old times at Eagle Motorplex this weekend, maybe bolt the grill crest in for that.
