Nice heavy duty car with the disappearing clamshell tailgate & window. Notice the Chevy truck Rally Wheels, they were used on that generation only on the 1974 Spirit of America Impala. Those 71-76 Big cars have a 5" bolt circle. Even with the 454 they came stock with a long single exhaust system that went along the right side, then bent 90 degrees across the rear and came out on the left side. The spare tire well got in the way of dumping it to the right. The 1974 454 wagons came with duals, but both pipes came out the left side, one on top of the other. In 1976 the 454 wagons came with duals (split pipe after the single catalytic converter), but this time the pipe exited on both sides, but way back almost to the bumper.
