you can try chevs of the 40's or the national chevy association.Also a few on ebay right now,buy it now for around the 600.00 mark.you can use on off a 54 chevy,same as your 54 Pontiac.
Also on your vin 4206925486,4206 is the start for a 54 Pontiac I believe,sequence would be the 25486 built so probably a late 54 production.The more important numbers on your tag would be the trim,body number,model number.Is it a two or four door,automatic or standard?Engine should be the 239 flathead six if its original.Post up those numbers and the folks here can help id it a lot more for you.

not sure of the car visor but i've been in a truck like mine with a fiberglass visor and she rattled. i've had a metal one on my truck for 5 years and no issues.
