Saw this one on kijiji a while ago and was considering it for myself, but have since decided that it is more of a project that I can handle, given that I don't have a shop that I could keep the car in, tear it down, etc.
It is a 4 door hardtop, which I think is somewhat scarce as I haven't seen too many of them in my lifetime, even back in the day when they were only 10 - 15 years old.
I talked with the owner, Reid, who seems like a really nice guy and is genuinely interested in cars. He bought this car from its original owner in 1979 and drove it regularly until about 1988, storing it inside during the winters. It was stored inside until recently when they had given the car to their son - he wasn't in the position to restore it, so they took it back home and are now selling it. He said it appears that the original owner didn't drive it much in the winters as well, since the snow tires that the original owner sold him with the car had almost no wear on them.
They really like the car, as they've had it so long, but they are getting to the point where they can't work on it (Reid is having knee problems), so they'd really like to see it go to a good home where somebody will get it back on the road and give it the care that it deserves. I told them I'd post it here, as this would be where people who are really into these cars would be looking. I'd like to see the car saved as well.
I haven't seen the car in person, but here are a few points I picked out from my discussion with him (some of it is already covered in the ad):
- The car has 145,000 miles on it, it's all original except it has an Olds AM/FM radio in it (has the original AM radio still, but there are no AM radio stations left in my area so it would be a decoration only).
- Standard drum brakes all around.
- Power Steering
- All new brakes, radiator, tie rods, ball joints, motor mounts.
- Chrome is good.
- Needs exhaust system.
- Has all the original wheel covers, original spare tire.
- Bottom of the doors are good.
- Might need work on the floor and trunk, but would have to have a better look at it.
- There are some pinholes in the frame behind the left front wheel (had the car jacked up and didn't flex or break, so it might not need too much repair).
- Interior: carpets are gone, seats need upholstery, headliner is good, dash is cracked, steering wheel is cracked.

Warning! Thread derail!
When I first got my car it had an Audiovox FM receiver hooked into the AM radio. I turned it on and it worked/picked up stations perfectly on PEI.
So I removed the FM receiver (I wanted it original) and plugged the antenna (that previously went through the FM receiver, and then onto the AM radio) directly back into the AM radio. I turned on the AM radio, and it didn't work ... just static.
So, for almost 2 years I thought my AM radio was toast. I actually bought another 1964 Canadian Pontiac AM radio to replace it. Then one day, I put on the AM radio band in the house, nothing, just static. Then the light bulb went off ... no AM reception in my area!
That's what you get for growing up in Ontario and not on PEI.

I'm trying a solution with the Am radio in my 63. Ed my electronic radio guy is going to put a 3.5 mm Stereo PC jack at the bottom of my radio located just above the ash tray. I will then be able to plug in a device (i-phone, cd player.mini disc, ect.) with the cord staying hidden in the ash tray. When the cord gets plugged in, it will by pass the Am feed and will enable the device. It will play through the radio using the existing speakers and although the plug is stereo, the sound will be equalized through the mono speaker(s). This doesn't ruin the integrity of the dash or radio but allows something better than the AM. I'm hoping Ed can do this within the next month (he has the radio already) so I have some "sound" for show and shine season.

I believe the story went that the car was originally all white at the dealer, but the original owner wanted 2-tone, so all the correct mouldings were purchased and the roof was painted green to match the interior.

I got an email from the sellers that the Beaumont has been sold, and just noticed on kijiji that the new owner is looking for parts, so it looks like this one will be going back on the road!
Here's the kijiji ad, in case anybody here can help him out:
