This is an original Delco R89 battery from an early 70's GM car. I have owned it since 1976 when it was removed from the original car. It was emptied and rinsed out then spent the last 35 years in my battery display. This battery had the original caps replaced and you will notice the original suggested replacement label and the lack of service replacement decal. I believe the date code is 1C1. This battery is in great shape but does has a few dings in the case. It is a perfect OEM static battery for your show car or have it rebuilt.
I am in Burlington, $100.00 takes this battery away, super hard to find Factory install unit.
I am looking to move a few items from my collection so I can finish my lemans for the summer. I also have a few other rare parts like a OEM NOS TCS control solenoid for a 1970 camaro, a muncie mainshaft front bearing and a 57 chev OEM NOS blower resistor.
