If you could get it between $20-$22 and it is a solid car, that would be a great price

Still way too high........have to see it of course and it would have to be perfect

to get that price.......market in Canada is tough and the market for this in the US

is really thin.

Its a twin to my hardtop.. very cool.
not sure the price is even close though. another tach mounted to the console.. dent in the glove box, looks like pass rear quarter is either rough now, or patched..
would love to see it in person.. would love to see the frame.. and the trunk etc.

ok... so here are the photos I got from the owner..
LOTS OF WORK to get this car in OK shape.
notice the "trunk repairs", and tach on console, BIG gaps in doors, trunk (tells me the body mounts are sacked out.. as always.. )
the owner said is was a full restoration car.. I think he means it NEEDs a full restoration.. I think.. not sure.

hmmmm.. cant seem to get the advanced editor working.. will try another post maybe.

Please don't get me wrong......I'd love to own that car but I've been doing this over 50 years and it seems lately

no one is buying much especially in Canada.

Had a beautiful 61 Bubbletop 348 4 speed original paint and chrome, had it for sale for almost two years and only

3 people came to see it and one was a dealer from Montreal.

US buyers were hot for it but afraid of the importation even after I told them how easy it is for Americans

bringing in an American car.

In a good market this car is easily worth the asking price, just sayin' the market sucks....and that hurts us all

cheers

bj

Wow, the ash tray is not very happy where it is.........

I still like the car but you are right Kelly, not the quality that your car is, that's for sure.

How about a cowl tag photo. Real deal or not. Numbers match? Engine suffix photo?

Cool car with money thrown at it, just not well thought out and really poor presentation. Still all the trim and most of the good stuff. Love the color and hey a drop top 4speed but for what my opinion is worth, it's overpriced in any market.

Even the top of the right door trim panel is dented by the vent window area!!!! Why all the dash damage??? Something's "Stinking "here & way over priced for condition. Market is DEAD I've had no calls on the 2+2 at all!!!!!

makes me happy i pulled out my frame and i put in a FULL trunk pan

the car looks nice but if we can see non perfect details in the pictures imagine when you get to dig in the real thing.....

eastern cars will always be eastern cars

and that ash tray..............at least putting it in straight for the pic..

SUPPLY & DEMAND..!! how many of the  4spd converts are left in existance..with the orig drivetrain? versus automatics..? the car doesnt seem like alot..the price isnt over 30,0000......seems like a steal at that price..if it runs and  drives..real good..

Was going to do that yrs. ago, but, pedals B/hsg & trans& console etc. are not easy to aquire, & expensive being US only, so I built the Torpedoback with 3 pedals & 5 spd.  Best of both worlds!!!! Would have to sell the 2+2 for double or more, to pay for conversion!!!  Ain't gonna happen!!!! Correct 4 spd is a Odd ball length & super rare & expensive + the console $$$$ from what I found out!!

Carl, you may have hit on a good idea!!  Then I could put "Bow Tie" emblems on it & it would sell within a day or so, seeing as most people won't look at a Pontiac much less a "REAL" Pontiac with a "REAL" Pontiac D/line in it!!!!!
