Interchanging door glass

Does anyone know if door glass and quarters, from any 65 convertible full size (B) Chev, Caddy etc is the same as Pontiac.  I know that a GP door glass is also the same, but what else?

for my 70 that is true, with the exception of an Eldorado.

I will try to check the Hollander interchange for you a bit later Steve. It will tell us what fits.

I hope I got your question right. If so---

Door glass

65 Electra 2 dr ht and conv
65 Lesabre and Wildcat conv
65 Cadillac conv
65 Chev conv
65 Jetstar, Starfire and 98 2 dr ht
65 Olds conv
65 Pontiac conv
65 Grand Prix

Quarter glass

65-66 Lesabre and Wildcat conv
65-66 Chev conv
65-66 Olds conv EXCEPT 98 Olds
65-66 Pontiac conv

Does that help?

Yes, that helps - thanks Carl.   I have a chance to buy tinted door glass from a 65 Caddy and wanted to be sure it fits.  As I suspected tho, looks like the rear quarters may be different.

Thanks a lot,

Yes, the interchange says no to Cadillac rear glass into a Pontiac.

How soon?  Ha ha,... well like anything  - asap.  But I understand the dilemma and I just thought you may have some.

Unfortunately, I made a dumb mistake a while back and bought 4 door vent glass..... furious

Thanks a lot anyhow,

Carl, do you happen to have a spare set of tinted vent windows you'd be willing to sell?

No, sorry, I had to travel about 80-90 miles each way to find these!

They were supposed to be a bolt in from the Olds I pulled them out of but it turned out the frame was missing one mounting tab so I ended up swapping the glass into my frame.

I know of a yard that has some but he is not cheap and I'm not sure when I will get there next.

How soon do you need them?
