I'd like to thank everyone for their nice comments on our car. It is great to hear other people appreciate it too,and we are honoured to have it for a feature car.
Todd, the hot wheels look was not by accident. I was going for a 'day 2' hot wheels look.
It was good to see you again yesterday, your car looks even better in person, it was fun being parked next to you. I went to Ferndale Washington today and I guess they like Canadian cars there as well, took home best 60-69.
Congrats on the win, and thanks for posting the pics. Two gorgeous cars! Love that modified air cleaner. And when I look at the rear of the Acadian, I can't help but look at that drivers side trim panel and think about the Kelly's current thread refering to the "Canadian" mod to the "Acadian" letters...

What a terrific job you've done with this car! I really like that its a Custom. It seems that nice Customs are getting to be extremely rare. I like the fender-top chrome accent. The colour is perfect. Lots of perfect little details.

Where did you get your fan shroud?
I got the fan shroud from Original Parts Group. It is the big block shroud - it is shorter than the small block,so I could keep the spacer between the rad and rad support. It took some cutting and trimming and I had to weld on mounting flanges on the rad, but it fits and looks good now
