Now normally I don't like calling anything NOS unless I see it still in the original G.M. packaging and even then I check it thoroughly because I've seen some slick moves by some of these slime balls at swap meets were they've bought repro product and wasn't too happy with it only to buy G.M. NOS parts and replace the original piece with the repro piece and then flog it to some unsuspecting victim. Its a buyer beware situation at those events. Anyway back to these pcs, they were amongst the collection I bought a while back that I know there was alot of NOS parts but some had been taken out of their packages and these "MAY" be NOS as well. 1965-66 horn ring and a 66 horn cap. I can't seem to find any markings or damage, pits, scratches etc to call these used, but I will anyway. I've taken some pics to show their condition and you be the judge. Price for cap is $75. and price for ring is $45. or $100 for the pair. Cheers.

Horn ring is sold and deal pending on black centre horn caps, have a green centre horn cap that is like NOS condition as well but is not new, just excellent used.
