I watched a video on You Tube and figured I was as smart as the demonstrator (actually Todd did his and said I could too)  

Got the backs done in a hour    

Front to do.... as well as Uncle Bernies set for his 72 Lemans  (Canadian Pontiac)

traded some parts for the covers with a friend

It takes more time to "load the pliers" than actually installing    

 

need a second person and a second set of pliers to do it right  lol
