nice car   If its "appraised at 42,000.00   it should sell "quick"     its very close to our current feature car  and its (feature car) worth twice the amount

We have a 1967 Acadian Canso Sport Deluxe for sale. We have all the paper work from GM Canada on the car. We also have an appraisal done a couple of weeks ago, it came in at $42,000.00.  We would like to get the appraisal price but open to reasonable offers. DSCF2979.JPG

Well I think 30K is being quite fair,to be honest I think it's 5 to 6 more than what I think is the value,but in some cases people just don't need the money,or I guess I don't need it that much.It's not original running gear and the interior needs a little loving. I think those are value factors. 42K X 60%=$25,200.

Nice car guy but an appraisal value is for insurance only,not market value.Actual value of the car may be 50-60% of the appraised value.Even then the market will dictate price.Good luck with the sale,and if it doesn't sell you still have a beautiful car.My car was appraised at almost 17,000,couldn't even get a phone call on it at 8000.00.
