I know this car ... it is pretty nice. The owner is a good guy also. I went to see his turquoise chevy pickup (pic below) when he had it for sale.

Is it a local car Darryl or did it come from the West?
I'm not sure. At the time he was just selling his pickup, so I didn't ask about it's origins. He also had a another '63 parts car at the time, but I haven't see it outside next to his garage lately.

that's a really good picture of the truck, Kijiji material...
Actually, it's a picture of his trailer that he's also selling. The truck just happened to be in the background. You are forgiven Jean!

I know the outside mirrors were dealer installed and I would think you're right
about the gas lid chrome also being a dealer item...but ?
I suppose if someone had one off the car and if it has a id# that would tell the story
for sure.
The fuel door guards can be bought new aftermarket. Back in the day they were factory (or dealer-installed) on US models and could be made to fit Canadian models.
I retro-fitted one on my '64 from a '64 Impala.

It is a nice car ... but sad to say, just not $10,000.00 nice. I been driving past it for a long while, and it's always sitting outside on grass.

How do you pronounce "" Breadalbane""
Bread-dal-bin
(I learnt that one as well as a few others like Pownell and Uigg) (Pawn-nol and You-egg)
