I attended a car show in Charlottetown today and was pleasantly surprised to see THREE Beaumonts! I met the owners of two of them.
This 1966 Sport Deluxe is a 327 4 speed car. The owner brought the car from BC four years ago and has owned the car for over 10 years. He is not online however I did give him our website address. He is going to try to check us out.
Next I came across this clean 69 Custom. The owner is Bruce Rundie. It was a real pleasure to talk to him. He runs a graphics/sign shop and can do any vinyl graphics including SD Stripes. I saw his work on a number of cars at the show and it was top notch. Bruce has been on here before but is not a member. I hope he signs up!
Unfortunately I couldn't find the owner of this Beaumont.
It was a good show and while this isn't a Poncho, I really liked this 69 Hemi Charger. Sold new in PEI!
I look forward to when I can get back into the old car hobby. It seems like there's a great bunch of guys into the hobby here on the Island.

Thanks for photos If Hemi was sold new in PEI where would ever drive it ? like a Elephant in a cage Isn't PEI "like" 22 miles x 4 across ??
It sure is nice to see the '66s complete with the knee-high trim that was exclusive to the car. (Some day I'll have to get some from DT Stainless.) And a 4 speed to boot!
Thanks for posting.

I've never seen 3 Beaumonts at a lil ole PEI show ... you hit the jackpot!
I have also spoken to the '66 owner ... he's not really a computer guy. I've seen the Charger, it is really well restored.
It was a beautiful day for a car show ... I was cutting grass and digging dirt.
