I got this email from my friend in the USA who owns the Don Gay 62 Super Duty car. I know it's a long shot in Canada, but figured I'd post this just in case. If anyone is interested, just shoot me a PM and I can give you his contact info.

extra parts NOS RH fender used LH inner fender
