Does that car actually have a factory rear antenna, or are you adding it?

I have only ever seen one 66 Beaumont with what appeared to be a factory rear antenna, and it was in a wrecking yard. Our member here, OldGoat told me about the car. Certainly a rare option or accessory, whichever it was.

I blocked my truck to 600 and my painter made me scuff it back to 400, said it was to shiny for good paint adhesion, so will save that step next time.

I have to trust what hes doing as he is body guy and painter. I do get that a ruff finish would hold the paint better. Add more crazy glue into the paint I guess lol

Nice job! I've always looked in the trunk and marveled at how tough it would be to actually paint that. So many angles and corners, nooks and crannies. You obviously have much better painting skills than I do - I'm still struggling to apply a nice coat on a flat panel!

Ok I am not going to take credit for what my painter did.

I got a rubber plug with a chrome thing ganging out of it to fill the hole. Just have to figure out what the extra peddle is for confuse

I've seen those. They always seem to be in the cars with that extra pedal thingy in front of the driver.

I've seen guys shove those pedal things to the floor and yank on that chrome thing. Usually they do it at the same time they try to squish a spider under their right foot.
