For your consideration is a beautiful 1963 Pontiac Parisienne. It is a very original and unmolested Canadian car that was brought to California in 1968, so I was told when I bought it.
Interior parts are available through several websites; mechanical parts are readily available as Canadian Pontiacs were basically Pontiac styling on the Chevrolet Impala platform according to Wikipedia.
The car has its original 230 six cylinder engine with a 3 speed standard transmission that runs very well.
The odometer just turned 70,700 miles but true mileage is unknown. All gauges work, I added water temp and oil pressure gauges. All lights work, as does the heater. The only thing not working is the AM radio. The seats have new covers but the original material is not that bad underneath. The carpet is in good shape for its age, as is the headliner and sun visors. All windows work as they should with the exception of the drivers window, which does work but needs a little help along the way. This is a very straight car.
The car has been inspected top to bottom and front to back and everything is there and in working condition. There is no rust anywhere other than a tiny bit of surface rust underneath. Tires are great at about 80% tread and are wearing evenly.
Since I have owned it I have done the following to it:
New seat covers
Added temp, oil and tach gauges
New muffler
Tune up
New sending unit in gas tank
Fixed the turn signal switch
Had carb worked on . May need more adjusting.
Now the bad:
It needs engine seals. It leaks oil at the rate of 1qt oil every 250-300 miles.
This car is a wonderful highway cruiser that turns heads whenever I take it out. I have had it on several day trips of anywhwhere from 75-150 miles with no problems. I am selling it because I really want a station wagon and I have too many cars now.
I have a free and clear California title for this vehicle with registration good to next February 2014.
Feel free to contact me through email or text me at 9168015843 with any questions.
I have set a reasonable "Buy it Now" price, but will entertain any serious offer.
The winner who buys this car will need to make a $500 non-refundable deposit through PayPal with the balance due through PayPal or cashiers check before car is released.

A transplanted Canadian. Obviously spending 45 years in the sun shine state has done well by it. Looks very well preserved. It is nice to see that they are giving it its proper Canadian credit. I hope it goes to a good home. Cheers. George.
