Well I finally got the call today saying my suspension kit had arrived!!!! Ordered at the beginning of Dec, it was a painfull wait. From what I've heard the stock suspension was terrible, if you rebuilt it in January you'd be rebuilding it again in August and they were hard to keep between the lines. Shitty thing is that I'll never know the differance from old suspension to new suspension. I only drove the car 50 feet, off of the car trailer to my driveway ( but it was a nice drive ). Here's a couple of pics of the kit cpp pro tour kit stage 1.Has anyone put one of these in there car ? If so, how big a difference? thx Jim

Looking at doing a 2" drop myself...make sure to post a few pics of your ride with the kit installed and any suggestions as to problems you come across and/or install tips...looks like a nice kit!!

I used most of this kit on my 63 Acadian prior to driving 7000 miles on Hot Rod Power Tour in 2009. Makes all of the difference in the world. This kit will go a long way to cover up the deficiencies of the stock steering box.
Choose your tire/wheel combo carefully. It is very easy to rub the tire on the fender lip in a turn.

Did you use 2" drop spindles or stay with stock? Havent made up my mind on which way to go. If they rub with stock spindles, I think I might stay away from the drop spindles. Do you recall what size tire and rim are on yours and do they rub? thx Jim
Jim,I installed a Church Boys tubular lower control arm kit and it made a BIG difference in the way the car drove and handled! No more bump steer problems now.Best thing I have done to my car You will be pleased!
