Even Love Looking At The 62 Parts Car

I don't know what to say. My wife thinks I'm crazy. I just love these old Parisiennes. I've been staring out the window for ages at the parts car. I don't care that it cost me a grand. I just love looking at these things. I suspect I'm not far from unwellness !!

It could be heading toward obsession, I suppose....

Can't say as I blame you. I could stare at a 65 or 66 Parisienne two door hardtop for hours. Throw in a vinyl roof and it could be days. Takes me back to my twenties. Always had the mid sixties Parisiennes kicking around. Hardtops or converts, one or the other, or both. Never had a four door, though, except as a parts car. Not sure why, but really dig those sloping backs on the mid to late sixties. Had a 67 2+2 convert and a 68 2+2 convert. Kind of miss them now. Always 283 or 327. Never owned a big block Canadian Pontiac.

Your a car guy for sure. The 62 is your yard art. Every one should have an old car in the yard. Beats the hell out of garden gnomes.

I can join you on the looking at old cars and admiring them. My 67 Toronado is my favorite, and still gives me a smile when I am in the garage and take that odd glance towards the car. If thats weird then I'm guilty sorry.
