Thanks for allowing me to participate. My very first vehicle was a '65 Parisienne Convertible, 327-300hp Powerglide, bought in January '70 at auction for $800 (snow made ragtops cheap!) with only 60,000 miles. Those were the days...

30-some years at a now-excised Pontiac-Buick-GMC store has me fairly (?!) familiar with the idiosyncrasies of Canadian Pontiacs. "Built on Chev-based chassis, with Chev V8s and GMC 6s" used to cover it, 'way back when.

I posted, in the '58-'64 General section, a few pictures of a friend's now-underway rebuild of a '58 Pathfinder 2-dr Wagon (check it out). Should be a C@@L car when completed, and no doubt a rare one, now. A good friend who used to be in charge of Pontiac Corporate Communications in Detroit wasn't even aware a 2-dr wagon was built in Canada in '58, so it must have been rare even when new!

Anyway, this looks like a great site and, again, I'm pleased to be a part of it.
