I would think any seperate pay pal account would work as long as Chad had the pay pal account # & password , along with a personal pay pal account of Chads, Maybe we could set a specific date to transfer funds to his personal pay pal account?
I'm just thinking it would be easier if Chad had it set up as he has to link his bank information to it. If one of us does it and it turns out to be a substantial amount you'd have Revenue Canada to deal with.
Paypal only allows donations to registered charities. All other forms are payment can be reported by Paypal to Rev Canada. Chad would likely have to declare all monies received as income. Even so, it's still worthwhile for him even if he did have to give 20% to the govt.

On Pay Pal you would transfer the money as "family" the same as you would sending money to kids in university....
The Rev Canada involvement is unnecessary.....
Send the funds to me I can transfer them to Chad and scan and post the receipt
