I'm lost??? How does someone "sell" an ownership??? IF you have the car, take the vin to Service Ontario office and register it.

Not sure, but this "sorta" sounds illegal if he's selling tags and ownerships???????????? I know the laws have changed and tampering or selling VIN's that have been removed from cars is illegal.
