I think this adapter is for Olds 4 spoke sport wheels, but it may be for some Buicks as well, I'm not sure. I can't recall where I got it, found it lying around tonight.

I was thinking $20 plus actual mailing costs?

I will donate the $20 to CP, or you can donate it and just pay me to mail it.
