I think that these are Rally IV but I am not 100% sure. Please correct me if I am wrong . The showed up on a 61 Laurentian 4 door sedan parts car that showed up in my drive way today (if anyone I have not already spoken to might need anything from this car let me know).
They are painted and all in the same condition with rings, caps and tires. Tires should probably be replaced as car was sitting outside for 5 years.
