$2500, if you can get it running without a fuel tank, lines , all 4 brakes replaced...and IT doesn't smell of dead mice....

The condition of the interior will dictate price!

Make sure all of the trim is there and in reasonably good shape. Missing trim can add up pretty quickly.

Also depends on how rusty it is and if you can do the body work yourself.

Any wagon specific parts that are damaged or missing will be hard to find. $2500.00 for a non runner is high.

Being a Acadian wagon I would think Roger (rabbit64cs) is prety close on value of the car if the car is running and complete (trim, interior, running gear ) and interior is in fair shape. Think that any 50 year old car is going to need some sheet metal, just depends on how much. Check the unibody and floorpans for rust, there the most work to replace from my experiance. If you could post Pics that would help alot. Good luck!

I would say the rust and trim is the major concerns on this car. These first generation Acadians seem to be prone to rusting.

As far as price, I would say 2K is not far off but hard to say for sure without pictures and more detail.

I will post pictures as soon as I get a chance to go look at it, find out if its worth fixing or if it will be a donor car

First question, what do you want to do with the car.  If you are into originality, the major points would be the interior (not reproduced, one year only, very unique style), trim and emblems (one year only, not reproduced and only 626 Beaumont wagons built).

The 1962 trim in all models is very hard to find in decent shape, but prices are not bad if you do find it because the demand is low.  I once had a 1962 Acadian grille for 4 yrs before selling it for $100 because I didn't know anyone that wanted one.

If you aren't concerned with originality, the Nova interior is reproduced 1963-65 and all these pieces will fit.  I just bought all the exterior trim for a 62 Acadian wagon just because it was reasonably priced and it is the first I've seen available in years.  My 62 wagon has all it's original trim inside and out and the original interior is complete in great condition.  That was one of if not the main reason I bought my wagon.

I look forward to seeing the pictures and I should be able to answer any questions you might have concerning the wagon.
